The Pinot Blanc 2024 from Bozen Winery is a classic South Tyrolean white wine sourced from selected hillside vineyards around Bolzano. The vines are located at 300 to 750 metres above sea level, where dry clay and limestone soils, combined with marked day-to-night temperature variations, provide ideal conditions for this grape variety. In South Tyrol, Pinot Blanc develops a particularly elegant style defined by freshness, fine fruit and clear minerality. The variety has been established in South Tyrol since the 19th century and in this region shows a particularly precise balance of freshness and fullness. Gentle vinification and ageing in stainless steel preserve the pure varietal character of the wine and enhance its lively structure. In the glass, it presents a brilliant straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. On the nose, aromas of yellow apple, pear and delicate notes of peach and pineapple unfold. On the palate, it is fresh, harmonious and pleasantly full, with clean fruit and an elegant, persistent finish.
