The vineyards around Chiusa are located on steep mineral-rich slopes and benefit from a cool alpine climate with significant temperature differences between day and night. These conditions preserve the wine’s freshness while allowing it to develop a refined and precise aromatic profile. Careful vineyard work and the gentle processing of hand-harvested grapes ensure an authentic expression of both the variety and its origin. In the glass, the Grüner Veltliner shows a pale yellow colour with green reflections. The bouquet reveals delicate herbal notes, citrus aromas and hints of green apple and white pepper.
