The Pinot Noir DOC 2025 from Kurtatsch Winery comes from selected vineyards in the southern Alto Adige, where the interplay of warm days and cool nights creates ideal conditions for this demanding grape variety. The vineyards are planted on well-drained, mineral-rich soils that give the wine precision and elegance. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel, followed by aging that highlights finesse and varietal expression. Pinot Noir is one of the most sensitive grape varieties in Alto Adige and develops an elegant, precise style in well-ventilated sites. In Kurtatsch, it shows fine structure and clear fruit, strongly shaped by the terroir. In the glass, the wine is elegant and harmonious. The nose reveals red berry aromas with delicate fruity notes. On the palate, it is balanced and smooth, with silky tannins and lively freshness. The finish is clean, refined and persistent, marked by elegant fruit.
