The Sauvignon IGT Raif 2025 from Castelfeder comes from selected vineyards in South Tyrol, where the combination of alpine climate and Mediterranean influences creates ideal conditions for aromatic white wines. Well-drained soils contribute to freshness and precision. After harvest, the grapes are gently handled and fermented at controlled temperatures to preserve their varietal character. Aging takes place in stainless steel, maintaining a fresh and expressive style. 


In South Tyrol, Sauvignon performs particularly well in ventilated sites with strong day–night temperature differences. These conditions enhance aromatic intensity and lively acidity, resulting in wines with clarity, tension, and a strong sense of place. In the glass, it shows a pale straw yellow with green reflections. The nose reveals aromas of elderflower, gooseberry, and citrus, supported by subtle herbal notes. On the palate, it is fresh and vibrant, with precise acidity, juicy fruit, and a clean, aromatic finish.
