The Gewürztraminer DOC Aristos 2024 from Cantina Valle Isarco is part of the prestigious Aristos range, which represents a careful selection of the finest grapes and wines with outstanding character and excellent ageing potential. The grapes come from selected, sun-exposed vineyards in the heart of the Isarco Valley and are subject to strict quality controls throughout the growing season. Following gentle vinification, the wine undergoes additional bottle ageing, allowing its aromatic complexity and elegance to develop further. The result is a distinctive white wine that beautifully reflects its alpine origin and the typical qualities of this grape variety. In the glass, it displays a bright yellow colour with greenish reflections. The bouquet is intense and elegant, featuring spicy notes of clove complemented by delicate hints of vanilla. On the palate, it is aromatic, full-bodied and expressive, supported by a harmonious structure and persistent spice that leads to a long and refined finish.
