High-quality viticulture undoubtedly requires time and dedication. More than five decades of experience and the relentless discipline and energy of the Giovanett family form the basis of this remarkable story. Since the winery was founded by Alfons Giovanett in 1969, there has been a multi-faceted development. The product range was gradually expanded, production capacities expanded, operational processes modernized and the customer base internationalized.
The winery is now run by the third generation within the family and represents a harmonious combination of tradition and innovative spirit. Today, grapes from a total of 70 hectares of vineyards are processed, with around 70% being white grape varieties, with a focus on Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon. The remaining 30% is dedicated to red grape varieties, with Pinot Nero particularly standing out.
