The Champagne Brut Nature Blanc de Noirs Zéro Dosage Terre 2021 from Domaine Augustin is made entirely from Pinot Noir in Champagne. The Terre cuvée is produced from grapes grown on younger vines. Within the estate’s range, it stands out for its structure, substance and minerality and is crafted according to Domaine Augustin’s biodynamic approach. The vineyards are farmed according to biodynamic principles, and the grapes are harvested by hand.

The cuvée is produced without dosage and without added sulphites. In the cellar, a low-intervention approach is followed, with spontaneous fermentations and minimal handling. The 2021 vintage is part of the estate’s vintage Champagne range, combining the distinctive character of Pinot Noir with Domaine Augustin’s precise and purist style. In the glass, the Champagne appears bright and clear. The nose is fresh and lively, with mineral nuances. On the palate, delicate notes of cherry and strawberry emerge, supported by a balanced, elegant structure and pronounced minerality.
