The Riesling Dr. Loosen QbA 2024 is a classic Mosel Riesling that beautifully reflects the signature style of the historic Dr. Loosen estate. For more than 200 years, the Loosen family has cultivated Riesling along the Middle Mosel, where the steep slate slopes overlooking the river provide ideal conditions for this grape variety. In this region especially, Riesling develops its unmistakable style of precise freshness, fine fruit, and pronounced minerality, regarded worldwide as a benchmark.

The designation QbA stands for Qualitätswein bestimmter Anbaugebiete, meaning a quality wine from a specifically defined and officially recognised German wine-growing region. In this wine, it highlights its clear Mosel origin and the typical regional style.

In the glass, it displays a pale straw-yellow colour with subtle greenish reflections. On the nose, aromas of white peach, apple, citrus fruit, and floral nuances unfold, accompanied by the characteristic slate minerality. On the palate, it is juicy, lively, and precise, with vibrant acidity, fine fruit, and a clean, elegantly mineral finish.
