Pale straw yellow with slight greenish reflections, clear and lively in the glass.

Delicate floral aromas of white blossoms and elderflower, accompanied by subtle notes of fresh citrus and white stone fruit.

Fresh and elegant with lively acidity, balanced structure and subtle minerality; the finish shows a slight almond note.

Excellent with Lake Garda fish, asparagus risotto, seafood, or light antipasti.

The Soave Classico DOC Vigne Alte 2025 from Cantina Zeni originates from the historic Soave Classico area east of Verona, one of the most renowned white wine regions in Veneto. The vineyards are located on rolling hills with volcanic soils rich in tuff, which give the wines freshness, elegance and a distinctive mineral character. The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and carefully selected to preserve their quality and varietal expression. The wine is produced from the traditional grape varieties of the appellation: Garganega, Trebbiano and Chardonnay. Garganega forms the backbone of Soave wines, contributing elegance, delicate fruit aromas and balanced structure. Trebbiano and Chardonnay add freshness and additional aromatic complexity. After a short skin contact, the grapes are gently pressed. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures, and the wine is then matured in stainless steel tanks to preserve its freshness and purity of fruit. In the glass, Soave Classico Vigne Alte 2025 displays a pale straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections. The bouquet reveals elegant floral aromas with notes of elderflower and white blossoms. On the palate the wine is fresh, balanced and harmonious, supported by a fine structure and lively character. The finish is persistent with a subtle almond-like bitterness, a classic hallmark of high-quality Soave Classico.
