The Weissburgunder DOC 2025 from Ritterhof Estate comes from vineyards around Caldaro in South Tyrol and reflects the fresh and elegant style typical of the region. The estate is located along the South Tyrolean Wine Road and works with carefully selected grapes grown in well-ventilated vineyards. Significant temperature differences between day and night allow the grapes to ripen slowly and evenly, helping to preserve the freshness and aromatic precision of the wines. The wine is made from Weissburgunder, a grape variety that thrives particularly well in South Tyrol. It is known for its fine structure, elegant fruit and refined mineral style. The grapes are vinified with great care in order to maintain the purity of the fruit and the natural freshness of the variety. The result is a balanced white wine that clearly expresses the characteristic style for which South Tyrolean Weissburgunder is widely appreciated. In the glass it shows a pale straw-yellow colour with subtle greenish reflections. The nose reveals fresh aromas of apple, pear and delicate citrus notes, accompanied by subtle floral hints. On the palate the wine is lively and harmonious, supported by elegant freshness, fine minerality and a clean, persistent finish.
