The Pinot Noir DOC 2025 from Kellerei Terlan is an elegant South Tyrolean red wine from the winery’s Tradition line. Pinot Noir is a demanding grape variety and, in cooler, well-ventilated sites, it produces particularly refined, fruit-driven and structured wines. Kellerei Terlan is one of South Tyrol’s leading producers and is known for precise wines with a clear sense of origin and strong ageing potential. For this Pinot Noir, the grapes are harvested by hand, fermented in stainless steel and then aged for around ten months in large oak barrels. This gives the wine a balance of varietal fruit, fine structure and calm elegance.
In the glass, it shows a bright cinnabar to ruby-red colour. The nose recalls ripe berries and delicate notes of undergrowth. On the palate, it is fruity, balanced and harmonious, with well-structured tannins and a clean, elegant expression. A classic South Tyrolean Pinot Noir with fine fruit, subtle depth and pleasant drinkability.
