The Rosagreen Chiaretto 2025 from Pasini San Giovanni is an organic rosé wine from Valtènesi on Lake Garda. It is made entirely from Groppello and is classified as Riviera del Garda Classico DOC Valtènesi. Rosagreen was created as a distinctive interpretation of traditional Chiaretto and was the winery’s first Valtènesi rosé produced exclusively from Groppello. The grapes come from organically farmed vineyards in Soiano.
After harvest, the grapes remain in contact with their skins overnight. They are then gently pressed, while the subsequent ageing takes place in stainless steel to preserve freshness and the pure character of the grape variety.
In the glass, the wine shows a delicate rosé colour. The nose reveals aromas of rose and redcurrant. On the palate, it is fine, fresh and elegant, with a lively, precise structure and a well-balanced character.
