The Sylvaner DOC - vintage 2024 from Strasserhof has a lively and bright color that is reminiscent of sun-ripened bananas. The bouquet seduces with a scent of yellow apples, which is accompanied by a fine fruitiness and a touch of elegance. The nose is caressed by a subtle minerality that underlines the complexity of the wine. On the palate, Sylvaner develops with balanced acidity and a full-bodied texture. The aromas of banana and yellow apple continue and are accompanied by an elegant minerality that gives the wine a remarkable length. The grape varieties used in this wine grow at an altitude of around 650 meters above sea level.
