The Barolo DOCG 2020 by Ascheri is in intense garnet red and unfolds a rich bouquet of sweet spices, dried flowers, leather and undergrowth. This expressive wine is made exclusively from Nebbiolo grapes and reflects the typical characteristics of this variety, known for its structure and complexity. On the palate, the wine impresses with its harmonious balance and elegance.

The careful vinification involves around 15 days of fermentation at controlled temperatures and aging, which highlights the character of the terroir. With its long shelf life of 18 to 20 years, Barolo from Ascheri is an excellent example of traditional winemaking in this renowned Italian region. Ascheri attaches great importance to traditional processing and the representation of the unique microclimate and soil conditions that make Nebbiolo grapes so special.
