Urgestein White IGT “Toldo de Kasnan” 2025 from Baron Longo is an organic Sauvignon Blanc that beautifully reflects the distinctive terroir of South Tyrol’s Unterland region. The grapes are sourced from steep terraced vineyards in Montan, where the vines grow on ancient porphyry and primary rock soils. These mineral-rich soils contribute depth, tension and a strong sense of place to the wine.
Baron Longo cultivates its vineyards according to certified organic farming principles, focusing on sustainability and respect for the natural environment. The combination of sunny days, cool nights and elevated vineyard sites creates ideal conditions for Sauvignon Blanc.
