The vineyards are located on the hills surrounding Neumarkt in South Tyrol, where sunny days and cool nights promote slow ripening while preserving remarkable freshness and aromatic intensity. Organic vineyard management and gentle winemaking allow the wine to express both the grape variety and its terroir in an authentic way. Aging in stainless steel tanks further enhances its purity and precision. In the glass, the wine displays a bright straw-yellow color with luminous reflections.
