The Riesling DOC 2025 from Pacher.Huber (Pacherhof) originates from the steep vineyards surrounding Neustift in the Isarco Valley, where the vines grow at elevations between 620 and 700 metres above sea level. The alpine climate, with sunny days and cool nights, together with mineral-rich soils of mica schist, paragneiss and quartzite, creates ideal conditions for producing precise and characterful white wines.

Riesling is considered one of the most exciting grape varieties in the Isarco Valley. The high-altitude vineyards promote slow ripening, preserving the grapes' natural freshness. At the same time, the unique terroir gives the wines remarkable minerality and elegance. Pacher.Huber focuses on gentle vinification of hand-harvested grapes to reflect both the origin and the varietal character as authentically as possible.

In the glass, the wine displays a pale straw-yellow colour with light green reflections. The bouquet is characterised by notes of peach, pear and citrus fruits. On the palate, it impresses with a harmonious structure, lively acidity and fine minerality. The long, clean finish is accompanied by subtle spicy nuances, adding further depth and finesse to the wine.
