Costa Arènte Lugana DOC 2025 is produced from Turbiana grapes grown in the Lugana area near Sirmione, on the southern shore of Lake Garda. The vineyards lie at around 50 metres above sea level and are characterised by clay-rich soils. The mild climate surrounding the lake provides favourable conditions for the variety and contributes to the fresh, approachable character of this white wine. After harvest, the grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures in stainless-steel tanks. The wine then matures for six months on the fine lees, also in stainless steel. This restrained approach to winemaking helps preserve its freshness and the distinctive expression of the Turbiana grape. In the glass, it shows a light straw-yellow colour. The nose offers delicate floral notes together with aromas of white fruit. On the palate, it is fresh and juicy, with a subtle spicy touch and a pleasant saline nuance. A harmonious, elegant and approachable Lugana with a clear, lively character.
