The Sauvignon DOC Echt Geil Selection 2024 from Seeperle Winery combines the vibrant freshness of Sauvignon Blanc with a modern and distinctive style. With the “Echt Geil Selection” range, the winery focuses on wines with personality, drinkability and strong recognition value. Sauvignon Blanc has become one of South Tyrol’s most exciting white grape varieties and thrives particularly well in the sunny vineyards surrounding Lake Caldaro. Warm days and cool nights allow the grapes to ripen slowly, preserving aromatic intensity and freshness. In South Tyrol’s lowlands, this creates Sauvignon wines with precision, clarity and lively expression. In the glass, the wine shows a pale straw yellow colour with green reflections. The nose reveals citrus notes, elderflower and delicate herbal hints. On the palate, it is fresh and lively, with precise fruit, fine minerality and a harmonious finish.
