The Castelfeder Pinot Blanc DOC Vom Stein 2025 reflects the elegant and mineral-driven style that has made Pinot Blanc one of Alto Adige’s most important white grape varieties. The grapes come from selected vineyards in the southern part of Alto Adige, where calcareous Dolomite soils inspired the name “Vom Stein.” These distinctive soils contribute to the wine’s refined structure while preserving the variety’s characteristic freshness and elegance. After careful hand harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed, fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and matured on the fine lees for six months, adding harmony and depth to the wine.

In the glass, it displays a bright pale yellow colour. The bouquet is elegant and floral, complemented by delicate fruity aromas. On the palate, it impresses with fresh mineral character, well-balanced acidity and a clean, linear style. The harmonious and elegant finish highlights the typical character of this Alto Adige white wine, making it a versatile and enjoyable choice for many occasions.
