The Pinot Blanc DOC Festival 2025 from Cantina Merano comes from selected vineyards surrounding Merano, where sunny slopes, Alpine influences, and mineral-rich soils create ideal conditions for elegant white wines. The vines benefit from significant temperature differences between day and night, allowing the grapes to retain their freshness and refined aromatic character. After careful harvesting, the grapes are gently processed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged on its fine lees, adding texture and balance while preserving its vibrant freshness. As part of the Festival Line, this Pinot Blanc reflects a pure, varietal style and showcases the distinctive character of its South Tyrolean origin. In the glass, it displays a pale straw-yellow color with delicate greenish reflections. The bouquet reveals aromas of ripe apple, pear, and subtle citrus notes, complemented by elegant floral nuances. On the palate, it is fresh and well-balanced, with refined minerality, lively acidity, and a harmonious, long-lasting finish.
