The Greco Bianco IGT 2025 from L'Archetipo is an organic white wine from Puglia, made exclusively from Greco Bianco grapes. The grapes come from certified organic vineyards cultivated according to the principles of synergistic agriculture. The vines grow on silty-clay soils rich in siliceous rock and humus. The grapes are harvested by hand and gently processed. Spontaneous fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts, beginning with skin contact. The wine then matures for several months on its fine lees in stainless steel tanks without undergoing filtration. It is an excellent choice as an aperitif and pairs beautifully with fish dishes, risotto and vegetables. In the glass, it displays a straw-yellow colour with golden reflections. The bouquet reveals aromas of green apple and pineapple, complemented by floral notes and a delicate hint of honey. On the palate, it is light, fresh and well-balanced, with a mineral finish.
