The Cuvée Summ BIO 2023 by Thomas Niedermayr presents itself as a fascinating white wine that uniquely expresses the characteristic features of its grape varieties. With a delicate bouquet of exotic fruits like ripe pineapple and juicy mango, along with subtle notes of white peach and a light floral nuance, this wine offers an olfactory experience. Its color shines in a brilliant golden hue, emphasizing the wine's freshness and vibrancy.

The Cuvée Summ BIO cleverly combines the grape varieties Bronner, Solaris, and Souvignier Gris, creating a complex flavor palette and a refreshing texture. Bronner adds a lively acidity and citrus fruit aromas, while Solaris contributes a natural sweetness and notes of exotic fruits like passion fruit. Souvignier Gris completes the profile with its mineral structure and subtle hints of green apples.

During the aging process, the Cuvée Summ BIO is gently aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruity freshness and natural elegance of the grape varieties. The attention to detail and passion for quality are reflected in every sip of this exquisite white wine.
