The Pinot Noir Rosé DOC 2025 from Unterortl Winery is produced on the Juval hillside in the lower Val Venosta, where steep vineyards and the Alpine climate create ideal conditions for expressive wines. The vines grow in a unique location and benefit from significant temperature differences between day and night, helping to preserve freshness and aromatic intensity. This rosé is produced using the traditional saignée method, in which a portion of the juice is drawn from the fermenting grape must. The wine is then aged in both stainless steel tanks and oak casks, creating a harmonious balance of fruit, structure, and elegance. The result is a distinctive rosé that reflects the character and terroir of the Val Venosta. In the glass, it displays a bright salmon-pink color. The bouquet is inviting and layered, offering appealing fruity aromas. On the palate, it is full, juicy, and well-balanced, with pleasant freshness and a long, harmonious finish.
