The Franciacorta DOCG Extra Brut Alma Assemblage 3 from Bellavista embodies the elegance and diversity of Franciacorta in Lombardy. This refined blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Nero and Pinot Bianco combines freshness, finesse and a harmonious structure, reflecting the distinctive style of the renowned estate in Erbusco. The carefully selected grapes come from various vineyards across Franciacorta. Different vineyard sites and ripening conditions contribute to the complexity of the blend. Production follows the traditional method, with a portion of the base wines matured in small wooden barrels. The addition of selected reserve wines and extended ageing on the lees brings depth and elegance to this Franciacorta. This meticulous winemaking approach preserves its natural freshness and distinctive regional character. In the glass, it displays a brilliant straw-yellow colour with golden reflections and fine, persistent bubbles. The elegant bouquet reveals aromas of lemon zest, stone fruit and brioche, complemented by delicate hints of chamomile. On the palate, it impresses with lively freshness, refined mousse and a harmonious structure. A long, juicy finish completes the tasting experience.
