The Solaris grape, a fungus-resistant PIWI variety, stands for forward-thinking and sustainable viticulture, allowing for environmentally conscious vineyard management. Santerhof is a family-run organic estate based in Mühlbach, dedicated to certified organic farming and a holistic approach that respects soil, vine and ecosystem alike. In the glass, Solaris Primus reveals remarkable aromatic intensity and clarity of fruit. The bouquet shows ripe yellow fruit, subtle exotic nuances and delicate floral hints.
