Pale straw yellow with slight green reflections, bright in the glass.
Fresh aromas of gooseberry, green herbs and tomato leaf, complemented by citrus and tropical fruit notes.
Fresh and precise, with lively acidity, clear fruit and subtle minerality; harmonious and persistent finish.
Ideal with South Tyrolean asparagus with Bozner sauce, as well as light fish dishes, spring vegetables and poultry.

The Sauvignon “Spargel” from Terlan Winery is a distinctive white wine from South Tyrol, specially conceived as a companion to asparagus dishes. The winery is located in the wine-growing area of Terlan in the Adige Valley, a region renowned for its mineral-driven white wines. The wine is produced exclusively from Sauvignon Blanc and is classified as Alto Adige DOC. The grapes are carefully harvested and gently processed to preserve the variety’s fresh aromatic profile. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. The wine then matures for about five to seven months on the fine lees in stainless steel, gaining additional structure and complexity before bottling. Sauvignon Blanc is one of the most widely planted white grape varieties in the world and is known for its fresh aromatics and lively acidity. Typical aromas include green herbs, gooseberry and exotic fruits. In South Tyrol the variety produces particularly elegant and precise wines with clear fruit expression and pronounced minerality. In the glass the wine appears pale yellow with greenish reflections. The bouquet is refined and complex with vegetal notes reminiscent of fresh tomato leaves, complemented by hints of tropical fruit. On the palate it is full and harmonious, supported by well-balanced freshness and a long, persistent finish.
