The Pinot Blanc DOC 2025 from Egger Ramer is an elegant South Tyrolean white wine that beautifully reflects the pure character of the variety. The vineyards around Bolzano benefit from warm days and cool nights, allowing Pinot Blanc to develop remarkable fruit clarity, freshness and refined minerality. In South Tyrol, this grape is considered one of the classic white varieties, and on Alpine slopes it achieves a particularly balanced combination of structure and elegance. Stainless steel ageing preserves varietal purity and enhances the wine’s clean, modern style. In the glass, it shows a pale yellow colour with delicate greenish reflections. The bouquet reveals notes of apple and subtle hints of nuts. On the palate it is dry, full and harmonious, with fruity apple notes, delicate herbal nuances and a touch of mature butter. The finish is fresh and pleasantly persistent.
