V8+ Gino Prosecco DOC Millesimato Dry is made from Glera grapes grown in south-eastern Veneto. For this Millesimato, selected grapes from a specific vintage are used. The vines grow on moderately deep, silty-clay and alkaline soils resting on the typical Caranto layer found across the Venetian plain. After harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and the must undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation. The second fermentation and formation of the bubbles take place in stainless steel tanks using the Martinotti method for at least 30 days. The result is a Prosecco with a soft and approachable character. In the glass, it shows a pale straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections and a dense, persistent mousse. The bouquet recalls fresh fruit and delicate floral notes. On the palate, it is particularly soft, harmonious and pleasantly gentle.
