Kaltern Solos Bianco IGT 2025 is a certified organic white wine from South Tyrol. The cuvée is made from the Bronner and Souvignier Gris grape varieties. The grapes come from organically and biodynamically farmed vineyards in different sites around Kaltern, reflecting the diversity and distinctive character of this wine-growing area. In the cellar, the winemaking approach is deliberately restrained. Fermentation is partly spontaneous. The wine then remains on the fine lees in stainless-steel tanks for six months before being filtered and bottled. This maturation preserves the freshness of the fruit while also giving the wine structure and balance. It is a versatile food companion and pairs particularly well with light starters, summer salads, vegetable dishes and delicate fish dishes. In the glass, it shows a bright straw-yellow colour with golden reflections. The bouquet recalls ripe yellow fruit, complemented by subtle saline notes. On the palate, clear fruit, lively freshness and a harmonious acidity come together in a balanced, precise white wine.
