Brunello di Montalcino DOCG 2020 by Corte Pavone originates from the rolling hills of Montalcino and reflects a balance of terroir, precision and sustainable viticulture. The vineyards are cultivated according to biodynamic principles, an approach that promotes soil vitality, biodiversity and the natural balance of the vineyard ecosystem. Located in the southern part of Montalcino, Corte Pavone benefits from varying altitudes and diverse soil compositions, adding complexity and character to the wine.

This Brunello is produced exclusively from Sangiovese, the iconic grape variety of Montalcino, locally known as “Brunello”. In this renowned area, Sangiovese achieves remarkable depth and finesse. The warm yet well-ventilated climate allows for optimal ripening, while the elevated vineyard sites help preserve freshness, structure and elegance. In Montalcino, the grape is especially valued for its longevity and refined expression. In the glass, the wine reveals both power and balance. The bouquet opens with ripe cherries, dark berries and delicate floral notes, accompanied by subtle hints of spice, leather and tobacco. On the palate, it is structured and layered, with refined tannins, vibrant freshness and a long, elegant finish.
