Its bouquet is overwhelmingly aromatic with notes of rose petals, exotic fruits such as lychee and passion fruit, as well as spicy notes of nutmeg and cloves. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and strong, with a pronounced fruit sweetness that harmonizes perfectly with the fine acidity. The vineyards are located at an altitude of 300 to 450 meters above sea level, where warm days and cool nights allow the grapes to ripen slowly and evenly. The soils in the region consist mainly of calcareous clay and gravel, which gives the wines a special minerality.
