The Soave Classico DOC 2025 from Gini Winery is one of the most distinctive white wines of the historic Soave region, combining tradition with remarkable precision and elegance. As an organic wine, it is produced in the hillside vineyards surrounding Monteforte d’Alpone, the historic heart of Soave Classico. The term “Classico” refers to vineyards located within the original and oldest growing area, characterised by volcanic and limestone-rich soils that give the wines freshness, minerality and depth. The wine is made from Garganega, a grape variety that reaches one of its finest expressions in Soave. On the volcanic soils of Monteforte, Garganega develops remarkable elegance, mineral tension and aromatic complexity.


Gini Winery follows organic farming practices and uses a gentle winemaking approach to preserve both varietal identity and sense of place. A restrained ageing process highlights the freshness and authentic character of the grapes, reinforcing Gini’s reputation as one of the region’s benchmark producers. In the glass, the wine shows a bright straw-yellow colour with greenish-golden reflections. The bouquet reveals aromas of white flowers, elderflower, white peach and ripe fruit, accompanied by delicate mineral nuances. On the palate, the Soave is harmonious, elegant and precise, with lively freshness, a subtle almond note and a long, mineral-driven finish.
