The Pinot Grigio DOC 2025 from Kurtatsch Winery offers an elegant expression of a grape variety that thrives in the unique conditions of South Tyrol. In the cooler, well-ventilated vineyards around Kurtatsch, Pinot Grigio develops remarkable freshness and aromatic precision. The significant temperature differences between warm days and cool nights encourage slow ripening, helping to preserve balance, vibrancy and clarity of fruit. At the winery, careful grape handling is essential to highlight the authentic varietal character of the wine. The focus is on a clean, balanced style that combines freshness, harmony and a clear sense of South Tyrolean terroir. In the glass, the wine shines with a bright straw-yellow colour. The bouquet reveals fresh aromas of yellow apple, pear and delicate citrus notes.
