Omnes Dies Mitterberg IGT 2025 is a light and lively white blend from the Bressanone basin. Müller-Thurgau and Yellow Muscat shape its aromatic yet precise style. The vineyards lie at elevations between 700 and 900 metres and face south, southeast and southwest. Light, gravelly moraine soils containing mica schist, paragneiss and quartzite contribute to its distinctive alpine character. The grapes are harvested in mid-September. Fermentation and maturation take place in stainless-steel tanks, preserving the wine’s freshness and clear fruit expression. After six months of ageing, the result is an approachable white wine suited to convivial occasions and summery dishes. A serving temperature of 8 to 10°C highlights its lively and refreshing character. In the glass, the wine displays a greenish-yellow colour. The bouquet combines ripe peach and citrus fruit with a delicate Muscat note. On the palate, it is juicy, fresh and pleasantly light, with clear fruit, lively tension and a refreshing, harmonious finish.
