The Pinot Noir Riserva DOC Präpositus 2022 from Neustift is a remarkable wine that impresses with its elegance and complexity. Its deep red color shows purple reflections and already promises intensity and depth. The wine's bouquet is characterized by ripe cherries, black berries and fine spicy notes, accompanied by delicate notes of vanilla and roasted oak wood, which result from its aging in oak barrels.

This wine is made exclusively from the Pinot Noir grape, which is known for its finesse and structure. The grapes come from carefully selected vineyards at Klosterkellerei Neustift, which offer ideal conditions for growing this grape variety. The special feature of this wine lies in its Riserva quality, which means that it has been aged for a longer period of time in the barrel and in the bottle. As a result, it develops even greater complexity and harmony, and its aromas and structure come into their own.
