The St. Pauls Winery, located in picturesque Eppan in South Tyrol, has an impressive history that dates back to 1907. Founded as a cooperative winery, it today comprises over 200 members who together cultivate around 185 hectares of vineyards. These vineyards are located at altitudes of between 300 and 700 meters above sea level and benefit from the ideal climatic conditions and the diverse soils of the region.

A special feature of St. Pauls Winery is its location in the heart of the South Tyrolean wine region, which is known for its variety of grape varieties and the high quality of its wines. The winery uses a combination of traditional craftsmanship and cutting-edge cellar technology to produce wines that reflect the region's terroir and philosophy.

The sustainable management of the vineyards and the careful processing of the grapes are central elements of this. The most famous wines from the St. Pauls winery include Lagrein Riserva, Pinot Blanc Passion and Sauvignon Blanc Stern. These wines are characterized by their clarity, structure and complex aromas. The Lagrein Riserva impresses with its depth and fine tannins, while the Pinot Blanc Passion is known for its elegance and freshness. The Sauvignon Blanc star impresses with its lively acidity and intense fruit aromas.

The historic winery itself, which in addition to its modern winery, also houses a historic wine cellar, is also interesting for wine lovers. This cellar, carved deep into the rock, offers ideal conditions for storing the wines and is an impressive testimony to the region's long winemaking tradition.
