The Pranzegg Gewürztraminer GT Turbo 2024 is a bold and authentic orange wine crafted from biodynamic cultivation. The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo spontaneous fermentation with skins and stems. The wine matures on fine lees in wooden barrels and is bottled unfiltered. In the glass, it reveals a deep, hazy orange hue. The nose offers complex aromas of blood orange, honey, dried herbs, and spices such as pepper and turmeric. On the palate, it is juicy, fresh, and slightly saline, supported by fine tannins and lively minerality. The finish is long and harmonious. This is an unconventional Gewürztraminer — profound, expressive, and full of character — ideal for those who appreciate natural wines with genuine soul.
