Rosé Marie BIO
The RoséMarie 2024 from Tröpfltalhof is an exceptional organic rosé wine from South Tyrol, distinguished by its elegance and distinctive personality. This refined biodynamic blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon comes from selected vineyards surrounding Lake Kaltern. The Merlot grapes grow in the Feld vineyard, characterised by gravel-rich soils, while the Cabernet Sauvignon comes from the Barleith vineyard. Following a short period of skin maceration, spontaneous fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts in traditional clay amphorae. The wine then matures on its fine lees in the same amphorae for approximately eleven months. This natural winemaking process gives RoséMarie its distinctive structure and remarkable aromatic complexity. In the glass, it displays a brilliant cherry-red colour with delicate copper reflections. Its complex bouquet reveals aromas of wild strawberries, subtle floral nuances and oriental spices, complemented by a refined mineral note. On the palate, it impresses with vibrant freshness, pleasant richness and a distinctive spicy character.
