The Sauvignon Blanc DOC Platt & Pignat 2025 from Weingut Unterganzner is a fascinating interpretation of this popular grape variety that seduces the senses with its refinement and complexity. Its color shows a bright straw yellow in the glass, which reflects the freshness and liveliness of the wine. When tasted for the first time, it unfolds a seductive bouquet of exotic fruits, citrus notes, freshly cut grass and a whiff of gooseberry. On the palate, this medium-bodied wine has lively acidity and refreshing minerality, which perfectly underline its character.

The main grape variety that characterizes this wine is Sauvignon Blanc, a world-renowned grape variety known for its vivid aromas and characteristic acidity. Sauvignon Blanc gives Platt & Pignat its unmistakable characteristics and makes it an indispensable treat for lovers of this grape variety.
