The Pinot Noir Riserva DOC Thalman 2022 from Kellerei Bozen is an exquisite wine that impresses with its refinement and finesse. Its tempting bouquet reveals a harmonious fusion of ripe cherries, delicate red berries and a touch of floral aromas, accompanied by a subtle spice and a touch of vanilla. The deep red color with garnet red nuances already reflects the intensity and complexity of this elegant drop.

This wine is made from the Pinot Noir grape variety, also known as Pinot Noir. The grapes for Pinot Noir Riserva come from carefully selected vineyards in the wine-growing region of South Tyrol, which is known for its ideal climate and diverse vegetation. The Pinot Noir grape variety is characterized by its thin skins and its complex character, which produces subtle aromas and an elegant structure in the wine.

The term “Riserva” indicates a special quality level of this wine, which has a longer aging period than usual. Pinot Noir Riserva undergoes a demanding aging process, which gives it additional depth and richness. After careful selection of the grapes, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by maturation of at least 12 months in small oak barrels. This longer aging period allows the wine to deepen its aromas and refine its structure, resulting in a more elegant and complex flavor profile.
