Wassererhof in Fiè allo Sciliar is one of South Tyrol's emerging wineries. Situated on an impressive hillside at the foot of the Sciliar, it produces wines with depth, elegance, and a strong sense of place. Notably, the Mumbolt, a powerful red blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Lagrein, and Syrah, and the Cabernet Riserva, an expressive red wine with depth and elegance.
