The color is an intense ruby red with purple reflections. On the palate, a wealth of aromas unfold, including ripe berries, fine spicy notes and soft tannins, which combine harmoniously to create a long-lasting finish. The main grape variety for this wine is Merlot, a grape known for its smooth tannins and fruity aromas.

The St. Pauls Winery is located in the picturesque wine-growing region of South Tyrol in northern Italy. The climate is characterized by warm days and cool nights, which contributes to slow ripening of the grapes and optimal aroma development.
