The Pinot Noir DOC 2025 from Andrian Winery comes from the vineyards of South Tyrol, combining the characteristic elegance of the Pinot Noir grape with the distinctive character of its origins. The vines grow at an altitude of around 500 metres on clay-rich limestone soils interspersed with angular fragments of white dolomite rock. These particular soil conditions contribute to the wine's distinctive identity. Fermentation on the skins takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, with gentle movement of the must. Following malolactic fermentation, the wine matures in large wooden barrels. This careful winemaking process supports its balanced character while allowing the grape variety's fruity qualities to shine through. In the glass, the Pinot Noir displays a clear ruby-red colour. Its bouquet reveals delicate aromas of berries, strawberries and dried fruit. On the palate, it is dry and smooth, with lively acidity and a harmonious balance. Its refined fruit character and pleasant elegance make it a versatile red wine.
