The Pinot Noir Riserva DOC Castel Juval 2022 from the Unterortl winery is an outstanding Pinot Noir that embodies the highest quality standards. With an intense ruby red color and a seductive bouquet, it beguiles the senses the first time you pour it in. Aromas of ripe cherries, wild berries and spices combine to create a complex and appealing fragrance profile.

The Pinot Noir grape variety, also known as Pinot Noir, is at the heart of this wine. It is characterized by its fine structure, elegance and ability to mature. The grapes for Pinot Noir Riserva come from carefully selected vineyards around the Unterortl winery, which offer ideal conditions for growing this noble variety.

The term “Riserva” marks a particularly high quality level of this wine. It indicates that Pinot Noir has a longer aging period, both in the vineyard and in the cellar. As a result, he develops even greater complexity, depth and finesse. During the maturing process, Pinot Noir Riserva is aged in barrique barrels, where it can develop its full potential. There, it matures slowly and carefully to perfect its characteristic features. The result is a wine with an impressive structure, velvety texture and long-lasting finish.
