The Silvaner Liebrain from Kellerei Bozen comes from the Eisack Valley in South Tyrol. Around the Liebrain farmstead, the vines grow on sunny, well-ventilated slopes at approximately 600 metres above sea level. The weathered porphyry soils and significant temperature differences between day and night contribute to the fresh, lively character of this white wine. The carefully selected grapes are gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The subsequent ageing also takes place in stainless steel, preserving the wine's natural freshness and fruity character. In the glass, the Silvaner displays a pale straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections. The bouquet reveals aromas of melon, peach and green apple. On the palate, it is dry, fruity and pleasantly aromatic, with delicate acidity and vibrant freshness.
